OCM Learning Journey - Introduction

Are you interested in understanding how organizational change management can contribute to the success of your cloud project? If the answer is yes, then this learning journey is designed for you. My name is Oliver Kohnke, I'm the Global Director of organizational change management in SAP Learning Services. Change management is my profession and passion. For more than 20 years, I've been supporting SAP implementation projects in a huge variety of industries all over the globe. In addition to my role as a change management consultant, I'm also a private lecturer in work and organizational psychology at the university of Mannheim. This allows me to combine change management research with real-world application and practice. This learning journey comprises of three units. In unit one, you will learn why the people side of cloud projects is important, why user adoption matters and which role organizational change management plays in this context. Unit two offers you the opportunity to take some short questionnaires. They help you assess the specific strength and weaknesses of your cloud project from a change management perspective. And in unit three, you will get an introduction to SAP's organizational change management best practice approach for cloud projects. This learning journey provides easy to consume content, clear explanations, interactive graphics, short self assessments, including recommendations and a few quizzes to evaluate your learning. After completing this SAP learning journey, you will be able to initiate the first steps to support your SAP cloud project with change management. In addition, if you have passed all the quizzes, you will receive a digital badge as your record of achievement. Start your journey today and discover organizational change management for your cloud project.
